We’ll start by sharing a cup of ceremonial-grade Cacao, a delicious heart-opening drink. Cacao is known for its ability to inspire emotional clarity, inner reflection, and a sense of connection- both with yourself and those around you. It’s gentle but energising, helping you feel grounded and ready to journey inward.
After the Cacao Ceremony, settle in for a soothing Soundbath, where the calming tones of crystal singing bowls, gongs, and other beautiful instruments will guide you into deep relaxation. The sound vibrations help release stress, clear energetic blocks, and create a sense of peace that stays with you long after the session.
