Cancellations & Refunds Policy
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and plans may change. If you need to cancel, transfer, or reschedule your booking, we're here to help.

Ticket Transfers: If you can’t make it, you’re welcome to transfer your ticket to someone else. Just give us a heads-up via email or text.

Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please let us know as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but changes made less than 24 hours before the event may be subject to a 100% charge.

Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event/ appointment will incur a100% charge.

No Shows: Unfortunately, no shows will also be charged 100%.

Our Cancellations: In the rare event that we need to cancel a session, you’ll receive a full refund or a credit for future use.
